How to Looking Great?
I think everyone want to know how to do, I think this is just simple question, now let me tell you some secret!
I> Spice Up Your Hair.
Hot peppers can mhair growth. That's the message from a study in the journal Growth Hormone and IGF Research. Researchers found that capsaicin, the compound that gives peppers their heat, makes hair growth by stimulating growth factors in the hair follicles. When they gave people 6 milligrams of capsaicin a day (the equivalent of a few shakes of chili flakes), 65 percent saw significant hair growth after five months. Don't like spicy foods? Topical application also works.
II> Caffeinate for Smooth Skin
caffeinate , everybody knows it from coffee. Drinking coffee not only can wake you up,but also it still can invigorates your skin and protects it from harmful UV rays. The recently study in the journal Cancer Research, caffeine sloughs off the skin cells that become damaged by the sun. "Drinking three to five cups of coffee a day may protect skin from UV damage," says study author Allan H. Conney, PhD. Java give you the jitters? Topical application of a salve that contains caffeine will also work
III> Build More Strength
Historically, gym rats have regarded resistance bands as sissy devices, but a new study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research promises to change that perception. Researchers found that attaching bands (the team used BNS Squat Sling bungee bands) to free weights helps build strength faster. They divided 39 people into two groups: elastic resistance with free weights, or free weights alone. After seven weeks of training, the resistance-band group's overall strength improvements were two times greater than that of the free-weights group. "The elastic increases the resistance at just the right point in the range of motion, i.e., after the sticking point, and then creates increased tension on the return," says study author Gary Sforzo, Ph.D., a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. To include resistance-band training in your workout (it is especially useful for bench press and squats), attach bungee cords to your barbell and anchor them to the rack or bench
